Who we are

This website, www.swancompanies.net, is operated by Swan Companies, Inc. ("Swan Companies", "we", "us"), 7217 West 128th Street, Savage, MN 55378. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website. It does not cover information we collect offline or through other services.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, company, subject and message.
• Careers form: your name, email address, phone number and the position you are interested in, plus your city and experience if you choose to provide them.

When you submit a form, our server also briefly uses your IP address to limit the number of submissions and block spam. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and discuss your project.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse.

How form submissions are delivered

Form submissions are sent by email to our staff using Resend, an email delivery provider that processes the message on our behalf. The website itself does not store your submission in a database; it is kept in our business email for as long as we need it to respond, follow up, and meet our business and legal obligations.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and deliver email, when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Links to other websites

Our site links to services run by others, such as Google Maps for directions. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep for legal or business reasons. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
